Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Mount Vernon, IN area, is seeking production operators  to join their team! 

Production Operator Job Summary:

• Pay: $20 an hour
• Shifts Available:  Candidates must be open and flexible for all shifts. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment efficiently, including setup, changeovers, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and supporting preventative maintenance.

• Ensure all work meets Mt. Vernon Site standards, SOPs, GMP requirements, and Safety, Health & Environment expectations.

• Collaborate with Process Facilitators and cross?functional teams to support continuous improvement, equipment efficiency, new equipment start?ups, and new product/procedure development.

• Adapt to changing production and equipment assignments; interpret and advise on production schedules.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and contribute to a high?performance team environment.

• Work alternative shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules as required, with the expectation of transitioning to a standard shift.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem?solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and SAP experience

• Effective interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently

• High School Diploma required

Requirements:

• 1 year of operator experience in a production environment (pharmaceutical experience a plus)

• Knowledge of cGMPs
