Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Operator: Monroe, WisconsinOur customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting grain handling and production operations by assisting with receiving, storage, conditioning, packaging, and shipping activities. Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

• Perform multiple operational tasks related to receiving, cleaning, storing, packaging, and shipping grain
• Operate mobile equipment and support daily production and facility operations.
• Assist with grain conditioning and general upkeep of the facility.
• Support customer service by ensuring accurate handling and movement of products.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operational goals.

Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED .
• 1–2 years of relevant production, operations, or industrial experience required.
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple operational tasks.
• Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed.

Pay for Production Operator: $18.00/hour and up, based on experience. Production Operator Benefits:
