Machine Operator Jobs | Mesa AZ

Focus Workforce Management has recently partnered with a large manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. We are currently seeking candidates who are ambitious, smart, natural collaborators, influencing, and innovating in a challenging hyper-growth environment, we’d love to talk to you about joining our team. Machine Operators are responsible for performing various tasks for setting up, operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance. Machinists will be responsible for inspecting parts and making adjustments, or changes as necessary to maintain quality.

Job Description:

• These materials may vary by business team: diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, etc.
• Operates station, machinery, and equipment where operations allow minor operator latitude as to method of production or process
• Performs traceability activities to ensure accurate tracking of product/materials
• Participates in general housekeeping (5S) duties in the work area
• Rotates through various stations in the area
• Identifies and escalates issues related to scrap and rework
• May check, correct or perform rework of inflators.
• Performs quality procedures/audits including dimensional checks as required; performs visual inspection of completed inflators and other parts

Requirements:

• Must be able to arrive on time and maintain good attendance
• Able to perform job task safely and efficiently
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Other job specific requirements may apply
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, etc. up to 40 lbs

Location: Mesa, AZ 85212

Pay: $17/hr (Shift Differentials Included)

Shift: All Shifts Available

• 1 shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2 shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (10% Shift Differential)
• 3 shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (15% Shift Differential)
