Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring Production Operators in Katy, TX 77449.
Pay:
$16-18.00 an hour. Depending on experience.
We pay weekly.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM.
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be available to work overtime or weekends if needed.
Job Duties:
- Operate assigned equipment or complete assigned production and assembly
- tasks.
- Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and required personal
- protective equipment practices.
- Inspect completed work and report quality concerns, defects, material shortages,
- equipment problems, or safety concerns.
- Load, unload, move, or handle materials and parts as required.
- Maintain accurate counts, labels, and basic production records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in training and cross-training and perform other duties as needed to support the production team.
Job Requirements:
- Warehouse experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production. ()
- Forklift experience. (, not required)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, basic math skills, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, repeatedly bend, squat, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
