Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety‐focused Production Operators to support injection molding operations in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to work efficiently with automated and manual molding equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Inspect molded parts for quality, defects, and consistency
• Trim, deburr, and prepare finished parts for packaging
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and production procedures
• Complete production logs, labels, and documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with shift leads and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a hot, fast‐paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
