Overview

Join a small, hands-on team where your role is central to our honey production operation. As a Production Operator, your primary focus will be operating equipment and supporting production processes that keep our products moving. This role offers structured training and the opportunity to develop into a key member of our production team, with clear growth in responsibility and pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and support honey processing.
• Fill bulk containers (drums, pails, totes) as part of the production workflow.
• Maintain clean, sanitary equipment and follow food safety procedures.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as staging and organizing inventory.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in food production or warehouse setting
• Familiarity with GMPs strongly
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical labor
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-directed with strong follow-through on assigned tasks
• Forklift or lift equipment experience is a plus, but not required
