Production Operator\n Location: Beckton, E6 6LF\n Shifts: Monday-Thursday: 22:00-06:00 Friday: 20:00-03:00 \n *Please note flexibility will be required during the first 3 months to work Double Days shifts while training is provided*\n Pay Rate: £15.35 - £18.24 (after 12 weeks) \n\nThe Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. The role requires adherence to health, safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to overall site performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.\nFollow all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.\nCarry out routine equipment checks and report any faults or issues.\nComplete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.\nMaintain a clean and organised work area.\nAccurately complete production and quality documentation.\nSupport problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.\nAssist with training and supporting colleagues when required.Requirements\n\nMinimum of 2 GCSEs (Grade A-C / Grade 4-9) or equivalent.\nAbility to understand and follow technical instructions and procedures.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nStrong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.\nPrevious experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous.\nKnowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and COSHH regulations is desirable.\nAn understanding of basic mechanical principles and production equipment would be beneficial.You can look forward to the following benefits:\n\n28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata)\nAccess to Manpower Rewards (Discounts on adventure days)\nAccess to the MyPath upskilling programme\nWeekly payAbout our client:\n\nOur client is a leading beverage company, bringing together a rich heritage in brewing and soft drinks innovation.
