Job Overview
- Adaptable team member capable of operating and maintaining a range of equipment.
- Upholds Quality Standards by reviewing product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance
- Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
- Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates
- Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction and escalates issues to appropriate personnel when required.
- Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and document accordingly
- Train new operators with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Assists other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of work assignments.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Digital Print Press and Bindery equipment such as HP Indigo, Canon, Muller Martini (Vareo, Bindery BA513 and DA260) ......
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and diagnoses

Requirements:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification .
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating specialized print press machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must be fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills to interpret technical documents, job specifications, complete reports, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with safety standards, 6S and quality control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a flexible schedule during high production Peak Seasons.
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
