Production Operator in Covington

Job DescriptionJob Description

2nd shift 3 pm-11 pm, will train on 1st shift

Your departmental placement will be determined based on business needs. Departments will be in Injection Molding, where plastic is melted and injected into molds to create finished automotive components, or in Metal Stamping, where metal is cut, bent, and formed into parts using presses and vinyl may be applied and formed into specific shapes for final production.

· Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

· Prepare finished products for shipping and distribution

· Follow daily production schedules and resolve quality issues as needed

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

· Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency

· Perform general housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and safe
