Production Operator Compensation

• Pay rate: $19.00 to 21.00 per hour
• The core hours are 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with some flexibility.
• Must report to work on a regular and punctual basis.

 Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production functions including utility operations, packing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Reprocess product, handle parts, and conduct visual inspections while filling out paperwork accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO standards.
• Work effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures under direct supervision.
• Develop skills in basic tasks and apply knowledge to complete routine tasks.

Production Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Licenses Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent.
