Production Operator – Join Our Team in Blackpool!

Are you reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn? We’re looking for Production Operators to join our high-performing manufacturing team at DePuy Synthes in Blackpool.

\n

\n

In this role, you’ll support the assembly and processing of high-quality products, working to established specifications and safety standards. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and good manufacturing practice (GMP) are essential.

\n

\n

What you’ll do:

\n

\n

\n
• Complete manufacturing and assembly tasks to strict quality standards

\n

• Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow hygiene & gowning procedures

\n

• Support training of new colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement

\n

• Work safely with equipment, including basic calibration tasks

\n

• Collaborate as part of a strong, supportive team

\n

\n

\n

What we’re looking for:

\n
• Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills

\n

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

\n

• Good hygiene, attention to detail, and dexterity

\n

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs

\n

• 0–2 years’ experience (manufacturing experience helpful but not essential)

\n

• Working hours: M – T 08:00 till 16:30, F 08:00 till 13:00
