Job Type: Temp to hire

Pay: $19.50

Hours: Mon-Fri 4:00am - 2:30pm (must be flexible to work overtime daily as needed)

Job Overview:
Join our meat packaging team as a Production Operator! Operate packaging machinery in a refrigerated warehouse (~40&degree;F) while following strict GMP standards. This is a hands-on role that requires lifting 40+ pounds and attention to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain strict adherence to GMP standards and company safety policies
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Follow production schedules and complete work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Record production data and complete basic computer tasks as required
• Work in a refrigerated environment at approximately 40&degree;F
• Lift and move products weighing 40+ pounds as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual but not required
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Previous machine operation experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approx. 40&degree;F)
• Physical ability to lift and move 40+ pounds safely
