Job Summary
We are seeking a maticulous and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating specialized coating equipment, as well as preparing, cleaning, loading delicate optical components into machines. You will ensure the machinery operates continuously and efficiently in order to maintain high productivity levels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with precision processes in a clean environment.

Vacuum Innovations will provide full training on specialized optical coating processes to the right canidate. This is a great oppotunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor vacuum caoting machines (training provided).
• Carefully clean, handle, and load optical parts into fixtures.
• Inspect components for quality before and after processing.
• Follow procedures and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform routine equipment checks and support maintenance activities.
• Work collabratively with the production team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operator, or technical feild is (will train the right canidate)
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures is
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Comfortable handling delicate parts and working in a clean environment
