Production Operator

Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Production Operator is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Production Operations Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and performance Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting to minimize downtime Quality Assurance Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established specifications Accurately document production data, including batch records and inventory levels Identify and report defects or deviations to supervisors for corrective action Safety and Compliance Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment Participate in safety training and actively support hazard identification and risk mitigation Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards Team Collaboration Work cooperatively with team members to achieve daily production goals Assist in training new operators and provide support to colleagues as needed Communicate production updates, issues, or concerns with supervisors Housekeeping and Maintenance Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Support line setup and changeover processes Perform additional duties as assigned to support production efficiency Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality Good communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed Qualifications Technical certification or vocational training in a related field Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Certifications (if any) None required; relevant technical certifications are a plus Education: High School Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
