Job Summary:

The Press Operator is responsible for smooth operations from slug to finished can. The press operator must monitor the product and assure that operations are running with the utmost quality and efficiency.

Job Functions/Duties:

Set up press utilizing defined best practices.

Conducts quality checks on a periodic schedule checking for length, diameter, width and overall appearance

Conducts preventative maintenance on machinery including oiling and degreasing components

Completes production reports daily

Maintains a clean and orderly work area

Follows all safety standards and procedures
