Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the SSP pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18.50/hour

Shift: 2pm - 10pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
