Job DescriptionThe Operator is responsible for carefully scaling and blending ingredients, operating blending and grinding machinery, and performing quality control and documentation tasks to produce spice products according to specific orders and recipes.Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure, scale, and organize various raw spice ingredients according to production orders and recipes
• Set up, operate, and clean production machinery such as grinders, mixers, and blending equipment.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of spice blends, identify any non-conforming product, and communicate discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Cutting netting to customer specifications

• Adhere to all company safety rules, GMP guidelines, and allergen control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow schedules and procedures
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
• No food allergies or sensitivity to smell
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
