PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Are you an experienced Production Operator looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company? Our well-established and growing client in Corwen is looking for a skilled and reliable Skilled Production Operator join their production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with a variety of machinery, including CNC equipment, in a supportive and fast-paced environment.



What You'll Do



As a Skilled Operator, you’ll be responsible for:



Operating a range of production machinery and equipment



Assembling components with precision using jigs and fixtures



Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings and specifications



Ensuring high-quality output while meeting production targets



Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a tidy workspace



What We're Looking For



To succeed in this role, you’ll need:



Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment



Confidence in reading and working from technical drawings or plans



A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality



A proactive, reliable attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competitive starting salary with progression available. £13.41-£14.96 depending on shift



Structured shifts and consistent hours - Monday-Thursday 6-6 days or nights with Monday-Friday 6am-6pm also available at slightly enhanced rate.
