About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will process anodized aluminum foil using state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring that quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. This position offers hands-on technical experience with strong growth potential in a stable and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor multiple aluminum foil formation machines.

Track and adjust process solutions and chemical usage as needed
-
Conduct regular machine and equipment inspections; perform minor repairs.

Support troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with Leads and Production Engineers.

Complete production paperwork with accuracy and detail
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
-
Comply with all safety protocols and Hazard Communication guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
What We’re Looking For:
-
Prior production or manufacturing experience , but not required.
-
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
-
Strong math skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
-
Comfortable working with computers and production software (training provided)
-
Forklift certification (training available)
-
Must pass in-house Hazardous Communication training (refreshed annually)

Reliable attendance is essential.
Working Environment:
-
12.25-hour shifts with required overtime as needed
-
Exposure to varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid, wet)
-
Physical demands include standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and stairs, lifting up to 65 lbs, and navigating confined spaces.

Fast-paced, repetitive work with occasional exposure to steam pipes, slippery surfaces, and trip hazards
