Production Operator

Description

• Set up and operate production machinery used in card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed within specified timelines and in compliance with production schedules.
• Follow quality service standards and safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient production environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to meet quality and output requirements.
• Escalate any operational, quality, or customer-impacting issues to management promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and assist in routine maintenance tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals.

Experience Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or equivalent .
• Previous experience operating production equipment is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, if needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift materials as required (up to 30 lbs).
