Description:
Production Tech Position Overview
The Production Tech is responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment. They will troubleshoot problems, diagnose equipment failures, and make repairs as needed. They will also work with other production staff to ensure that production is meeting quality and quantity goals. This is a technically demanding job that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. An associate's degree in engineering or a related field is required, and some experience in a manufacturing environment is .
Responsibilities:
•Maintain and repair production equipment.
•Troubleshoot issues, diagnose failures, and perform necessary repairs.

Requirements:
•GED or Associate's degree in engineering or a related field.
•Experience: 5–10+ years (8–10+ years is ideal).
