Production Operator - Rotation Shift (1st & 3rd)

Join our team in Waller, TX as a Production Operator for our milling operations! We're seeking a safety-focused team player to process chemical substances into specified products on a rotating shift.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor all batch processing equipment, including blenders, tanks, pumps, and bulk loading systems.
• Handle chemical movement (raw materials and finished goods), including staging, loading into vessels, and loading/unloading bulk trucks and trailers.
• Process batches following SOPs, monitor equipment performance (temperature/pressure), and discharge/package the finished product.
• Ensure quality by documenting all batch data, sampling products for QC approval, and following all safety and housekeeping standards.

What You Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a Production/Chemical Manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with chemical movement/handling.
• Must be able to lift 55 pounds.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Bilingual , but not required.
• Must submit to a background check and drug screen.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Day and Night Shifts (5AM - 5PM, 5PM - 5AM) Sunday- Saturday (will schedule a day off within the week).
• Pay: Starting at $16/hr. with bumps up to $19.32/hr. after transition.
