This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine operational leadership with technical expertise to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a small but growing team, drive continuous improvement, and take ownership of production planning, quality assurance, inventory, and support workflows.\n\nWhy This Role Is Exciting\n\nOpportunity to lead a highly visible, mission-critical production operation.\n\nBe part of a high-growth, innovative environment where your expertise will directly shape operational success.\n\nWork with a small, dedicated team and have the autonomy to influence process, quality, and culture.\n\nTackle complex challenges across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and product support.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nLead production, testing, and calibration of regulated product specifications and SOPs.\n\nManage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain coordination to meet ambitious delivery targets.\n\nImplement and maintain quality management systems, conducting inspections and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.\n\nOversee RMA and product support workflows, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.\n\nMentor and develop team members, capture critical knowledge, and establish robust onboarding for new hires and contractors.\n\nInterface with ERP systems and ticketing/support platforms to maintain data integrity and streamline workflows.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction while maintaining the highest quality standards.\n\nWhat Your Experience Needs to Look Like: \n\nExperience scaling production from prototype to volume manufacturing.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, adaptable approach.\nExperienced in production or manufacturing management ideally in electro-mechanical, aerospace, automotive, medical device, or advanced consumer electronics sectors.\nWorking knowledge of agile/lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, APQP).HIT "APPLY NOW
