As our off-shift Production Operations Leader, you’ll spearhead initiatives that ensure our products not only meet but exceed industry standards. The position carefully integrates efficiency, quality, and safety in line with organizational goals and customer demands.

Dynamic Duties
- Design efficient work plans, manage team dynamics, and implement performance evaluations.
- Utilize feedback systems to propel interpersonal development; maintain documentation for all discipline-related procedures.
- Mentor, guide, and educate new Supervisor recruits.
- Setup programs aligning with EHS practices for enriched performance.
- Mediate between corporate administration and union representatives, managing disputes proficiently.
- Endorse adherence to company norms, highlighting transparency and collaborative practices.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring production aligns with market demand.
- Diagnose and address operations issues, leveraging data analytics for problem-solving.
- Strengthen safety compliance testing, orchestrating the 6S scheme efficiently.
- Collaborate on budgetary objectives, fostering departmental improvement.
Requirements & Preferences
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Desired Expertise
- Prior managerial experience in a manufacturing domain, exposure to TPM/Synchronous Mfg./Kaizen.
- Proactive communication, team, and task management skills.
- Driven, self-motivated ethos with robust organizational and PC proficiencies.
