We are hiring for multiple full-time openings in the Magnolia, TX (Decker Prairie area).

We are seeking dependable, skilled, and motivated individuals for several departments — including Welding, Fabrication, Powder Coating, Laser Operation, Assembly, Shipping, and Quality Control.

Available Positions & Pay Ranges

• Welders – Day & Night Shift (Up to $20–30/hr)

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri 6am–3pm

• Night Shift: Mon–Thu 3pm–2am
  Must have at least 2 years of experience and be able to pass a MIG/TIG welding test. Must read blueprints, follow engineered drawings, and inspect work for accuracy. Requires sheet metal welding experience and forklift operation. Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

• Powder Coater / Surface Prep – Night Shift (Up to $17–25/hr)

• Night Shift: Mon–Thu 3pm–2am
  Responsible for deburring, peeling, peming, sandblasting, and preparing materials for powder coating. Will assist with inventory and stocking of department supplies. Requires at least 1 year of related experience.

• Laser Operator – Night Shift (Up to $22.50/hr)

• Night Shift: Mon–Thu 3pm–2am
  Operate and maintain laser cutting machines. Must understand material types, load/unload parts, perform quality checks, and make necessary adjustments for accuracy. One or more years of laser operation experience required.

• Fabrication Shop Helper – Day or Night Shift (Up to $18–20/hr)

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri 6am–2:30pm

• Night Shift: Mon–Thu 3pm–2am
  Assist welders and machinists by pulling materials, stocking parts, and completing quality checks. Document nonconforming materials and assist with rework tracking. Must have forklift experience and attention to detail.

• Assembly Helper – Day Shift (Up to $17–18.50/hr)

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri 6am–2:30pm
  Assist in the assembly of enclosures and components using hand tools and work instructions. Perform quality inspections on welds, components, and finishes. One or more years of assembly or manufacturing experience .

• Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Day Shift ($17/hr)

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri 6am–2:30pm
  Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, count inventory, and ensure order accuracy. Operate sit-down forklift, pallet jack, and strapping machine. Basic computer skills and valid driver’s license required.

• QC Inspector – Day Shift (Up to $18–22/hr)

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri 6am–3pm
  Perform inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with engineered drawings and specifications. Verify all documentation and inspect welds, coatings, and component finishes. Forklift operation required.
