Schedule: Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $24/hour
Location: NE Portland

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven welding experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality welds. This is a full-time, day shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies

·         Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

·         Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

·         Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area

·         Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

·         6 months+ of MIG welding experience (certification but not required)

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

·         Strong attention to detail and quality

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

·         Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Temp-To- Hire Status benefits:
