Production Machine Operator (Multiple Shifts Available)

Location: Sussex, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: 4-10s (Monday - Thursday, 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM OR 10:30 PM - 8:30 AM)
Department: Production
Base Wage: $20.50/hour
Shift Premium: 15%

Job Description:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual with prior automated production machine experience to join our team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, clearing jams, and ensuring smooth machine operation. Strong troubleshooting skills are required, along with knowledge of PLC control panels. This is a fast-paced position, and overtime may be mandatory on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automated production machines efficiently
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines as necessary
• Perform loading and unloading tasks
• Clear jams and ensure machines are operating correctly
• Follow safety and operational protocols
• Mandatory overtime on Fridays

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in operating automated production machines
• Ability to troubleshoot and operate PLC-controlled machines
• Must be mechanically inclined
