Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Production

Set up and operate Muratori machinery per production schedules

Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency

Load/unload materials and products

Make minor adjustments and calibrations to meet specifications

Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks

Ensure products meet company standards

Minimize waste during production

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

Diagnose and resolve minor machine issues

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance

Report major malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance teams

Safety & Documentation

Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Document production data and maintenance records

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED

Prior machine operation experience

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to read technical documents and blueprints

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Problem-solving skills and reliability

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic computer literacy

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Knowledge of safety regulations; certifications (e.g., OSHA, forklift) are a plus

Working Conditions
