Production Line Technician -- Molding & Inspection

Picture a 12-hour shift where you keep a close eye on the production line, notice the small stuff before it becomes a big problem, and help quality parts move smoothly from start to finish. You’ll monitor equipment for unusual sounds or conditions and alert your supervisor if something’s off. You’ll visually inspect molded parts, trim excess flash so they meet spec, and load product onto the line as needed. You’ll work in accordance with OSHA safety standards and jump into training sessions to stay sharp on new tools and techniques.
Schedule that fits a rhythm
- Two shift options: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am
- Rotating 3-day and 5-day weeks
- Week A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Week B: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Employment type & conversion
This is a contract-to-hire role. Conversion to permanent employment is based on attendance, performance, and client needs.
Pay & benefits
- $17.50/hr base pay, plus a shift premium for nights

- Previous experience in production or general labor
- Comfort with reading, writing, basic math, and visual inspection tasks
