We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in the Pittsburgh area who is seeking a Production Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations at a key production facility.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on driving process improvement, supporting day-to-day production performance, and working closely with shop floor teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting daily manufacturing operations with engineering expertise
- Troubleshooting process and equipment issues on the shop floor
- Driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analysing production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Assisting with equipment optimisation and process capability improvements
- Working closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams
- Supporting new product introductions and process changes
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- 2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, practical approach
