Production Engineer in High Wycombe

Production Engineer required for an Electro-Mechanical manufacturing company in High Wycombe.



This is a permanent role, onsite 5 days per week.



Responsibilities

• NPI - implementation of new products and modifications.

• Design and production of jigs and fixtures and tooling.

• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation.

• Provide support for improvements to production machinery and manufacturing equipment.

• Assist with sourcing and installation of new production equipment.

• Identify areas for cost-savings, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Investigate and resolve production quality issues within the manufacturing area.



Requirements

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Production Engineer - ideally related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling design.

• Plus experience in cost optimisation and identifying efficiencies
