Production Engineer – Exeter



Salary: £35,(Apply online only) – £45,(Apply online only) DOE

Contract: Permanent



We’re looking for a Production Engineer to support manufacturing across metal fabrication, assembly, and the external supply chain. You’ll help improve existing products, support new product introduction, and develop systems that boost quality, efficiency, and sustainability.



Key Responsibilities



Support production in metal shop and assembly areas

Assist with new product introduction (NPI)

Improve manufacturing processes and quality

Implement best‑practice methods

Review new product designs for manufacturability
