£40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Early Finish Fridays + Progression

Are you a Production Engineer with experience in electronics manufacturing, looking to broaden your technical abilities and work with advanced production technology whilst offering the chance to progress throughout a expanding company ? In this dynamic, hands-on role, you'll be part of an established production team, taking responsibility for SMT pick-and-place programming, interpreting Gerber data, and supporting PCB assembly processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, optimising production workflows, and contributing to ongoing improvements across the manufacturing line.

This position would suit a Production Engineer or similar with a background in Electronics Manufacturing for someone who wants to develop within a expanding player in the indusrty and work as part of a skilled and supportive team to drive growth.
