Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain software solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks. This role supports enterprise systems and APIs, enhancing productivity and scalability through innovative automation tools and practices.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain software automation solutions to connect systems and eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation that aligns with operational and strategic goals.
  • Analyze and enhance software workflows for improved system performance and user efficiency.
  • Create technical documentation and design specifications for automation solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of deployed automation systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with .NET or similar programming and relational databases.
  • Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of financial or insurance industry systems.
  • Experience with user interface design and unstructured work environments.
  • Understanding of business process improvement through software automation.
  • Familiarity with company or department-specific tools and procedures.
