Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products for defects and monitor quality consistency
• Perform measurements and weight checks using tape measures and calipers
• Inspect doors for compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct visual quality checks of product stacks
• Repair defective doors and components to create usable raw materials
• Document repairs and rejected materials accurately
• Restack doors meeting specifications
• Operate conveyors and carts to move products
• Sort and dispose of unrepairable doors and raw materials
• Complete reject sheets for tickets requiring remake
• Straighten doors and perform touch-ups using hand tools
• Use tools such as glue gun, palm sander, sanding block, chisel, putty knives, clamps, bondo, hot-melt glue, touch-up paint, and putty
• Read and interpret tickets, schedules, and customer quality specifications
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Assist troubleshooting with Management, Maintenance, and Quality teams
• Follow Lean practices including 5S+1
• Maintain communication to ensure smooth product flow
• Perform housekeeping and other assigned duties
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma
