Production Associate / Machine Operator – $19–$21/hr – Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Manufacturing | Immediate Openings

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support the manufacturing of custom packaging products. This role includes machine operation, assembly, and general production duties in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as die cutters, saws, laminators, and box-making machines
• Assemble products by hand and ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize materials
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available)
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Experience with woodworking or similar environments is a plus
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP systems)
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
