More than just a job:?We're not your typical company, and this isn't your typical supply chain role.  As our Production and Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be hands-on in managing the full order and logistics lifecycle.  

Requirements

You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and timely fulfillment. You don’t need experience in every area—what matters is your entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, attention to details, and drive for continuous improvement. You'll gain exposure to every corner of the business in this fast-growing company. 

• Place orders with overseas and domestic factories as applicable and track them through production. 
• Ensure on-time delivery of all orders. 
• Responsible for all logistical details with regard to order shipments from factories to the company facility. 
• Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication with suppliers as well as the internal team.

• You’re organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is your middle name.? 
• Ideally, you have experience building smooth relationships with domestic or overseas vendors (factory production, shipping, importing). 
• You juggle tasks like a professional multitasker — keeping several moving parts going at once without losing track or missing a beat. 
• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you proactively streamline processes and anticipate issues.  
• You're not just a problem-spotter; you chase down details and solve problems quickly.? 
• Your verbal and written skills are second to none 

Location: Where the party never stops! (Hybrid 1-3 days per week in Monroe, Washington)
