Job Title: Junior Production and Material Planner

Pay Range: $25.50 - $30.00 Hourly

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Analyze and manage computer parts inventory levels using the company's systems, spreadsheets, etc.
• Allocate computer parts across assembly parties and warehouse locations for production.
• Provide support to product management by assisting in production forecasting, issuing work orders, and transferring orders to assembly parties.
• Assist in closing assembly orders and consigned parts' orders in the system.
• Ensure timely delivery of assembly products by closely monitoring production lead times.
• Coordinate pickup arrangements between assembly parties and delivery truck companies.
• Manage parts RTV or RMA processes with internal departments and external assembly parties.
• Occasionally, facilitate urgent parts delivery or pickup between warehouses.

What you will NEED:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of computer parts planning and production assistant experience.
• College degree .
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
