What you will do:
- Maintain and repair production systems, including robotic cells, CNC equipment, PLCs, and VFDs, using advanced troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on low voltage, single/three phase AC/DC equipment (110–480V), following all applicable safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA)
- Inspect, dismantle, and service equipment using mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics to resolve operational issues and support preventive maintenance
- Operate a wide range of tools and machinery, from calipers and oscilloscopes to lathes and welders, for precision repairs, fabrication, and alignment tasks
- Support facility infrastructure and compliance, including HVAC/electrical systems, minor construction repairs, EPA/OSHA adherence, and hot work permitting
- Track and document maintenance activities using CMMS software to ensure accurate reporting and coordinate with internal teams and third-party contractors.
- Respond to off-hour emergencies and seasonal tasks, such as snow removal, while maintaining flexibility for travel between facilities and special projects.
- Champion safety and quality initiatives, including training peers, upholding 5S practices, and promoting core values aligned with environmental and EHS goals
What you will need to be successful:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent education/training to support complex manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, PLCs, VFDs, and other automated systems with precision and urgency
- Strong mechanical and electrical foundation, including expertise in HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
- Thorough understanding of safety standards, such as LOTO, OSHA, NFPA, and site-specific protocols, ensuring safe and compliant operations
- Skilled in fabrication and diagnostics, with proficiency using multimeters, precision instruments, hand tools, and power equipment
- Flexibility to travel between facilities and work varied hours, including overtime, weekends, and special project assignments as needed
