Job DescriptionJob Description

Sales - New and exciting customers

• Aggressively seek out new business with current accounts
• Execute strategy to grow sales and increase margins
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Perform sale calls on current and prospective customers
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain appropriate professional and technical knowledge
• Welcome customers/visitors, determine nature of business and provide them with product and service information.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by: Facilitating a communication channel between our customer and the company

Product Management –

• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
• Create Fertilizer Formulas and labels upon customer’s request.
• Maintain existing and create new product labels to ensure regulatory compliance:
• Develop, maintain, and revise existing labels for all regulated products.
• Monitor state and federal regulations to ensure product registrations are updated on an ongoing basis
• Interpret soil tests and communicate findings to customer within a timely manner.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all of our customers
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Assist with merchandising product and managing inventory

Operations –

• Supervise and oversee daily production and communicate with colleagues.
• Create and execute daily production schedule and plans for operations to assure 100% on-time production, and distribution of products.
• Oversee production equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Identifies areas to improve and provides proactive strategic solutions to team
• Provide a helping hand to production and warehouse departments when needed.
