Product & Project Engineer

Team-Based Environment

Experience: 4 to 15 years | Salary: Commensurate with Experience, $80k - $120k

Join our collaborative, fast-paced team where your ideas and technical skills can make an immediate impact. We are seeking a Product & Project Engineer with 4 to12 years of experience in an ISO9001, ISO13485 or related environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to R&D activities, including concept development, testing, and prototyping.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, protocols and validation reports.
• Provide manufacturing support, collaborate with production and quality teams to help drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional team members in a highly interactive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with some experience working in an ISO9001, ISO13485 or related environment and involved to the level of having input on product process and success.
• Strong communication skills with a we can do it attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to engage across the full product lifecycle.

Compensation:
$80k-$120k based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
