Product Operations Lead (1 Year FTC)

JATO Dynamics is a global company and the leading provider of automotive market intelligence. JATO products serve many needs in the entire automotive sector that depend on data, insight tools and business process automation solutions variously delivered through API’s and User Interfaces.
We are hiring a Product Operations Lead in our Solutions & Partnerships team, to join us on a 1 Year FTC maternity cover.
As Product Operations Lead, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across different departments, to streamline and improve the product team’s work so there is a more consistent approach to collecting, organising, analysing product data, managing product tools and processes and the various facets of what it takes to be a product lead organisation..
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all product Operations activities, including implementation of the product governance framework which covers how we ideate, design, approve, implement, and market products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure that all of the overall delivery of product related activity has the required rigor and that product processes are accurate and up to date.
- Responsible for managing the product Tech stack while assisting team members in using each tool.
- Responsible for following the agreed product delivery processes, including documenting key activities using the agreed product management templates.
- Responsible for ensuring that all key teams are aware of the product delivery framework and processes, including providing training and support as required.
- Managing the periodic Product Committee forums and ensuring all actions are followed-up on.
- Creating and sending monthly comms on Products/ S&P to JATO org – Latest Product news, upcoming releases, any highlights of the month, any great ides received etc.
- Collaborate across all JATO departments – Sales/Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience/Support, Product Delivery, and other key stakeholders to deliver a products and product enhancements through the Product Innovation Gating process.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, marketing or related roles.
- Ability to manage the expectations, demands, and priorities of multiple internal stakeholders based on overarching purpose/vision.
- Proactive and action oriented who can lead teams through ambiguity in an organised fashion.
- Cross-functional experience across Commercial, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Research, Data teams, Product and Delivery teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt flexibly with the changing needs and direction of a rapidly growing organization.
- Excellent relationship builder, open-minded and understands cultural diversity.
- Solid communication skills having previously work with senior leadership teams (written and verbal)
- Confidentiality - maintaining the utmost levels of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with Company information.
