Vital Records Online (VRO) simplifies and modernizes how people obtain and manage vital records and legal documents. We provide a seamless online application platform that helps individuals and families securely prepare, correct, and file official government forms with state agencies.
As we continue to expand and integrate new technologies, we’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the next of automation and AI-driven tools within our product ecosystem.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Product Manager who can combine strategic thinking with technical execution. You’ll own the roadmap for process automation, AI-assisted workflows, and user experience improvements across our online application platform.
This role requires someone fluent in Scrum methodology, comfortable leading developers, reviewing wireframes, and capable of designing and managing AI applications that enhance content creation, marketing automation, and operational efficiency.
The position is onsite in our Miami office, collaborating closely with design, development, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for automation, AI tools, and platform optimization.
- Serve as the Scrum Product Owner: lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups with developers.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create and review wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Oversee development of AI-powered applications that automate:

- Marketing content creation (ads, blog outlines, email campaigns, etc.)
- Customer support responses and data handling
- Internal operational workflows (e.g., document validation, application routing)
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify repetitive processes suitable for automation.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Track KPIs, analyze product metrics, and use data-driven insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain a user-friendly, secure, and transparent process for legal document management.
- Research and evaluate new technologies (AI, NLP, RPA) to enhance the VRO platform’s efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience in a SaaS or web platform environment.
- Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum teams with developers and designers.
- Experience designing and shipping AI or automation-based products (e.g., content , workflow automation, chatbot integrations).
- Proficiency in wireframing and UX tools (Figma, or similar).
- Strong understanding of APIs, web applications, and integrations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Qualifications
- Experience in LegalTech, or document management platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, prompt engineering, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom-built).
- Understanding of digital verification, compliance, and government data handling.
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
