Job Title: Product Engineering Technician

Reports To: Engineering Manager

Direct Reports: None

Primary Function:

This role supports engineering functions through troubleshooting, repair, test development, and documentation. This role provides direct technical assistance for production, maintains test fixtures, and helps implement process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time troubleshooting support to production lines
• Repair and maintain test equipment and fixtures
• Support implementation of engineering changes and product updates
• Document processes and work instructions
• Track product issues and communicate recurring defects to engineers
• Train production personnel on test procedures when needed
• Participate in root cause analysis and assist in problem resolution
• Assist engineers in collecting and analyzing production data
• Collaborate on process improvements for yield, quality, and efficiency
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education

• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical field

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with testing or repair support
• Demonstrates initiative, accuracy, and organization in technical support tasks
• Collaborates with engineers, supervisors, and line leads to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
