In this role, you'll assume a pivotal position within a seasoned team, focusing on ensuring the fulfilment of all essential Product Assurance activities. Additionally, there's the exciting prospect of collaborating with colleagues both domestically and internationally, particularly on projects involving the transfer of technology. You'll be actively engaged in a multinational project, working alongside an established Quality network to prevent or minimise product non-conformance, facilitate smooth equipment delivery, guarantee the reliability of products in production, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to learn and implement the latest quality tools and techniques, contributing to the identification of process improvements that ensure timely and high-quality product delivery throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing quality assurance activities across an international supply base. What we’re looking for from you: An engineer with a strong background in quality management systems, techniques, and processes, particularly during industrialization and manufacturing phases. Experience working within a quality supply chain environment and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Auditing experience, encompassing both product and quality system audits. Proficiency in key external standards like EN9100, with a focus on ensuring compliance. Practical in Quality Tools & Techniques such as 8D, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, and PFMEA. Practical familiarity with non-conformance management processes; experience with SAP business tools is advantageous. Flexibility to travel and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Ideally, qualified to at least an HND or HNC level with substantial experience in Engineering or Quality Assurance. Due to the nature of the business, all candidates need to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance as a mandated requirement. Therefore, if successful, you will need to provide proof of identity, employment history and right to work in the UK, along with proof of UK residency for at least five years.
