We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Technology Manager to oversee our vendor relationships, technology systems, and compliance operations across the organization.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives at the intersection of technology management, vendor negotiation, and healthcare compliance. The Procurement & Technology Manager will ensure our staff has reliable support, our systems remain secure and HIPAA-compliant, and our vendors and technology solutions align with Ethos’ mission and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee password management and internal security protocols
  
  

• Manage all vendor relationships, contracts, purchasing, and negotiations
  
  

• Supervise technology systems including phones, fax services, and IT support tools
  
  

• Ensure ongoing HIPAA compliance across all digital platforms and workflows
  
  

• Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and clinical teams
  
  

• Maintain and support EMR system management, access, updates, and troubleshooting
  
  

• Identify and implement new technologies that improve patient care efficiency
  
  

• Serve as the point person for operational technology and procurement needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology, procurement, vendor management, or IT operations
  
  

• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security practices
  
  

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
  

• Ability to support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment
  
  

• Familiarity with EMR systems and medical office technology
  
  

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and mission-driven
