Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Use strong communication skills to coordinate vendor allocation planning and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
• Maintain and update databases related to vendor capacities, vendor quotes, and classification documents to ensure accurate and accessible information for strategic planning and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) and tariff research, as well as geo-political analysis, to inform sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
• Translate complex vendor allocation, performance, and costing analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, enabling alignment and informed responses to challenges.
• Provide timely and relevant information to vendors and internal teams to support strategic sourcing, anticipate market trends, and inform cost management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring transparency and facilitating constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• 0-2+ years experience in Supply Chain analytics or related analytics
• Excel, SQL, BI software(s)
• Oral and written communication
