What You’ll Do

• Manage and prioritize procurement requisition backlog
• Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders within SAP
• Expedite purchase orders to support manufacturing operations
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and logistics schedules
• Resolve invoice, receipt, and pricing discrepancies
• Maintain supplier and purchasing data accuracy
• Support material, supplier, and pricing master data updates
• Track procurement savings and cost avoidance initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements
• Assist with process improvements and special projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related experience
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly
• SAP or ERP system experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional work efficiently
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Education

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
