Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research and sourcing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
