Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Tulsa, Ok
Compensation: $60000 -$80000 / Year

Job Responsibilities:
- Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Create, distribute, and oversee purchase orders, contracts, and agreements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Track supplier performance to confirm adherence to contract terms, service levels, and quality expectations.
- Perform market research to identify potential suppliers, products, and emerging industry trends.
- Work with internal teams (operations, finance, production, etc.) to determine procurement needs and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Keep accurate procurement records, vendor files, and purchasing documentation.
- Support the development and execution of procurement policies and cost-saving measures.
- Address supplier issues, discrepancies, or disputes regarding pricing, delivery, or quality.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical practices, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain .
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Skilled in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
